Typical cases I help with
- Business customers can no longer reach their server: fault analysis on server and network, fast restoration of operations.
- After a system error or trojan infection: backing up your user data, reinstalling the operating system and restoring the data. If data is at risk, I secure it first via data recovery. In case of an infection, my trojan & virus removal helps.
- No internet any more: checking the router, measuring the DSL line, replacing the router or having the provider clear the fault.
- The computer no longer boots: diagnosis of power supply, drive and hardware – and honest advice on whether a repair is worthwhile compared with buying a new device.
IT Health Cockpit – “You steer your IT!”
For my business customers I developed the IT Health Cockpit: a structured instrument that divides your IT into five areas and links them to concrete measures that you and I prioritize together. This way you bring your IT up to the level you want – structured, transparent and understandable. It also serves as the basis for an IT maintenance contract with an emergency plan and a service level agreement (SLA).

Frequently asked questions about PC service
Do you also come on site – to the company or to my home?
Yes. In the greater Stuttgart area I come to you directly on request – to business customers just as much as to private customers. Many things can also be solved remotely; what makes more sense in your case, I clarify with you briefly on the phone.
Do you also look after companies on an ongoing basis?
Yes. With the IT Health Cockpit and a maintenance contract with an emergency plan I look after companies, medical practices and clubs permanently – with one fixed contact instead of a changing call center.
How quickly can I reach you in an emergency?
Just call – with urgent faults (server down, no internet, data loss) I start work as quickly as possible. I also offer a 24-hour computer emergency service, including at weekends.
Is a repair worthwhile, or should I rather buy a new device?
I assess that honestly and in advance. Especially with older computers I look at the balance between repair costs and the current value of the device, and advise you on sensible alternatives.
